Why Studio costs more and takes less

Sway Growth is where SwayHouse begins earning on your behalf. Sway Studio is where we take less of it. Studio carries the lowest commission rate we offer on every sourced collaboration, so once deal flow becomes consistent, the commission saved is intended to offset much of the difference in monthly fee.

Where the creator is outside Delhi NCR, in-person sessions are held online on the same schedule, with the same access.

Cancel any time with 14 days written notice.

Miss a month, next one is free.

If we fail to deliver what is committed for your programme in a month, your following month is provided free of charge.

No deal in month one, no commission on the first.

If we do not secure you a collaboration in your first month, we take no commission on the first one we do secure.

Commercial terms

How commission works.

Commission applies only to collaborations that SwayHouse introduces, sources or actively negotiates on your behalf. Anything you secure entirely independently is yours in full, and we take nothing from it.

Commission is not a flat percentage. A small barter collaboration and a large paid campaign are not the same thing, and pretending otherwise is how creators get taken advantage of. We agree the rate with you in writing before you accept any collaboration, taking into account the size, nature and effort involved in that specific deal.

No commission is payable on anything that was not agreed in writing beforehand.

The brand pays you directly. You send us the agreed commission within seven days of the money clearing.

For creators who are ready to treat brand work seriously, Sway Growth gives you the full operating system: a dedicated manager, active brand outreach, negotiation, invoicing, the AI workspace, and founder sessions.

Billing is month to month, with no lock-in. You get the representation layer without handing over control of your audience, content, or independent inbound deals.

Commission terms are agreed in writing from day one only on collaborations we introduce, source, or actively negotiate on your behalf.

    No pitch deck. We work out whether this actually makes sense for you.

    Pick a programme and sign.

    Digital signature. Payment through Razorpay, receipt is instant.

    We start.

    Manager assigned within 48 hours on Growth and Studio. First brief inside the week.

Questions

The things creators ask.

Is there a lock-in?
No. Every programme is month to month. Cancel with 14 days written notice, and services run to the end of the cycle you have already paid for.
What if you do not deliver?
Your next month is free. It is written into the agreement, not a goodwill gesture.
Can I change programme later?
Yes. Upgrade any time and you pay only the difference for the rest of that cycle. Downgrade takes effect from the next cycle.
I am under 18. Can I sign?
Yes, from sixteen. A parent or legal guardian signs alongside you and provides identity documents in their own name.
Do you take control of my account or own my content?
No. You own your content, accounts, name and likeness, permanently. Everything we write for you belongs to you.
Do you need my bank details?
No banking or financial KYC at any stage. For verification we need a PAN card and an Aadhaar copy, masked is fine.
How do I pay?
Razorpay, supporting UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. If you prefer direct UPI, request a QR code from our official WhatsApp number 9821819622. We will never ask for payment through any other number or account.
I am not in Delhi NCR.
In-person sessions happen online on the same schedule, with the same access.
