Cookie Policy
Cookies and similar storage let a site remember things about your visit. This page lists everything swayhouse.in puts in your browser, says which items you can refuse, and gives you a switch to change your mind.

1. The short version
- We use very few cookies. Most of what we store is browser storage rather than cookies, but the rules are the same and so is this policy.
- Nothing non-essential is stored, and no analytics script is loaded, until you accept analytics in the banner. No answer counts as no.
- We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell or share data for advertising.
- You can change your choice at any time in section 6 below.
2. What we store
| Name | Type | Category | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| swayhouse_consent | Local storage | Essential — always on | Remembers your cookie and analytics choice so we stop asking | 12 months |
| Supabase auth session | Local storage / cookie | Essential — always on | Keeps you signed in to the creator portal, SwaySpace or CRM | Until you sign out or the session expires |
| swayhouse_referred_by | Session storage | Essential — always on | Credits the creator whose referral link you arrived through | Cleared when you close the tab |
| swayhouse_rocky_dismissed | Local storage | Essential — always on | Remembers that you closed the Rocky assistant so it stops reappearing | Until you clear your browser data |
| swayhouse_rocky_session_id | Session storage | Essential — always on | Groups the messages of one Rocky conversation together | Cleared when you close the tab |
| swayhouse_visitor_id | Local storage | Analytics — consent required | A random identifier that lets us count returning visits without knowing who you are | 12 months |
| _ga, _ga_*, _gid | Cookie (Google Analytics) | Analytics — consent required | Measures which pages are read and how visitors arrive | Up to 24 months |
| _clck, _clsk (Microsoft Clarity) | Cookie | Analytics — consent required | Aggregated interaction metrics | Up to 12 months |
| Google Maps cookies | Third-party cookie | Embedded content — consent required | Set by Google when an embedded office map is loaded | Set and controlled by Google |
Analytics rows appear in your browser only after you accept. If you decline, they are never created; if you withdraw, the ones we set on our own domain are deleted.
3. Essential storage
These are needed for the site to function and cannot be switched off, because switching them off would break the thing you asked for.
- Your consent choice. Storing your answer is what stops us asking on every page. It records only your answer and its date.
- Sign-in sessions. The creator portal, SwaySpace and the CRM cannot keep you logged in without a session token.
- Referral attribution. If you arrive through a creator’s referral link, we hold that creator’s code for the tab so their referral is credited. It is cleared when you close the tab.
4. Analytics storage
With your consent we count page views so we know which pages are worth improving. The identifier is a random string generated in your browser; it is not linked to your name, email or account, and we do not store your IP address or your full browser user-agent string alongside it.
Third-party analytics
Where they are configured for this site, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity load only after you accept. Their scripts are not fetched at all before that, so they cannot set anything or see your visit. Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation.
These providers process data on their own infrastructure, largely in the United States. See the sharing and transfer sections of our Privacy Policy for what that means.
5. Embedded content
A few pages in the creator and SwaySpace areas can show a Google Map for an event or shoot location. The map is never loaded automatically: it appears only after you tap “Location Map” yourself, and nothing is requested from Google until you do. Google may then set its own cookies, under Google’s policies rather than ours. Every map also offers a plain link that opens Google Maps in a new tab, so you can skip the embed entirely.
Fonts are served from our own domain, not from Google’s font servers, so no request leaves your browser to load them. We do not embed advertising, social tracking pixels or third-party comment widgets anywhere on this site.
6. Change your choice
Your current choice
Checking this browser…
Turning analytics off takes effect immediately: we stop recording page views and delete the visitor identifier and the analytics cookies set on this domain. Your choice is remembered on this browser only — set it again on your other devices.
7. Controlling this in your browser
Independently of the switch above, your browser can block or delete cookies and site data for swayhouse.in — look for “Cookies and site data” or “Privacy” in its settings. Blocking essential storage will sign you out of any portal and stop the site remembering your consent choice, so you will be asked again on each visit.
Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a refusal of analytics.
8. Changes
If we add anything that stores data in your browser, we will list it here and — where it is not essential — ask for your consent again before it runs. Questions go to legal@swayhouse.in.
