6. Content and intellectual property
Ours
The SwayHouse name, logo, site design, written material, tools and software are owned by us or licensed to us. You may read and share our public pages; you may not copy, scrape, resell or build a competing service from them without written permission. Company logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify a parent company, partner or payment provider — no endorsement by them is implied beyond that stated relationship.
Yours
You keep ownership of everything you create and everything you upload to our portals. By uploading it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store and display it for the purpose of running your account, and to show it to a brand when we pitch you. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where we must retain a copy for a legal or accounting obligation.
We will not publish your name, likeness, content or testimonial on our public pages without your separate, specific approval, and you can withdraw that approval at any time by emailing legal@swayhouse.in.
Campaign content
Usage rights in content made for a brand — what the brand may use, where, and for how long — are set by the campaign contract for that deal. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights by itself. You confirm you own or have cleared everything in the content you deliver, including music, footage and any other person appearing in it.
