SwayHouse

For creators

Creator management agency in India.

You are running four jobs. Making the content, finding the brands, negotiating the deal and chasing the payment. Three of them are not why you started. SwayHouse takes those three, on a month to month programme with no lock-in, from Sector 18, Noida, Delhi NCR.

A manager is not someone who forwards you brand emails.

It is someone who decides with you what to post, finds the brands, argues about the rate and makes sure the money lands.

That is the job.

The actual work

What a creator manager actually does.

Creator management is a vague phrase, and vagueness is where creators get taken advantage of. Here is the work in specifics, so you can hold us to it and compare it against anyone else you are talking to.

01

Decides what you post, with you

A content brief twice a week with scripted ideas and hooks, then a teardown of what you actually posted with specific fixes. Not a mood board and not a monthly call. The point is that the next thing you post is measurably better than the last one.

02

Finds and pitches the brands

Active outreach on your behalf to brands that fit your audience, with a written plan every month naming the brands we are going after. You stop refreshing your DMs waiting for someone to notice you, and you stop sending pitches that read like everyone else.

03

Negotiates the deal and reads the contract

Rate and terms negotiation handled for you, usage rights and exclusivity checked before you agree to anything, and the legal terms read by someone whose job is to read them. Undercharging once sets the rate every brand after that will offer you.

04

Chases the money

Invoicing and payment follow-up with brands, the full pipeline visible in your portal, and renewals managed so a good collaboration turns into a second one. Getting paid late is not a rite of passage, it is an admin failure, and it is ours to fix.

Who this is for

Nano and micro creators, roughly 5K to 50K.

Large agencies are not built for creators at this size, because the commission on a single deal does not cover the attention it takes to get you there. That is exactly the stage we work at, and it is why we take on a small number of creators rather than a long list. If you are outside this range and the work still sounds right, tell us and we will be honest about whether it fits.

This is you

  • You are posting consistently already, and the content is getting better rather than just getting made
  • You are roughly between five thousand and fifty thousand followers, or growing towards it
  • You have a niche you can name in one sentence, or you are close enough that we can help you find it
  • You want this to become income, not just a habit
  • You are willing to be told that something you posted did not work

This is not

  • You want followers bought rather than earned
  • You want a guarantee of a specific number of brand deals in a specific month
  • You want someone to run your account and post for you
  • You are not going to post between our calls

Saying no to the wrong fit early is cheaper for both of us than saying yes and disappointing you in month two.

The programmes

Three ways to work with us.

All three are month to month with no lock-in. The difference between them is how much of the commercial side we take off you, and whether we are pitching brands on your behalf or supporting the deals you land yourself.

Honest expectations

What we will not promise you.

Every one of these is the sort of thing an agency tells you after you have signed. We would rather you read it now and decide whether it still sounds worth doing.

Nothing about follower count is promised

We do not sell growth numbers, and any agency that quotes you one has either bought them before or is about to. What we commit to is the work: the briefs, the teardowns, the outreach, the negotiation and the follow-up. Growth is the outcome of that being done consistently, and consistency is partly yours.

The first month is mostly groundwork

Profile optimisation, working out the niche properly, building the content matrix and getting your brand-facing profile live. Outreach starts once there is something worth pitching. Creators who expect a brand deal in week one are usually the ones who leave in month two.

Commission only on what we bring you

Commission applies only to collaborations SwayHouse introduces, sources or actively negotiates. Anything you land entirely on your own is yours in full. The rate is agreed with you in writing before you accept the collaboration, and nothing is payable on a deal that was not agreed beforehand.

You own everything

Your content, your accounts, your name and your likeness stay yours, permanently. Everything we write for you belongs to you. We do not ask for banking or financial KYC at any stage, and every programme is month to month with no lock-in.

Send your handle and what you are building.
